Store Shipping 

At the moment, we ship to North America and Europe, using Canada Post and where available, a select list of private shipping groups. 

Rates are calculated using Canada Post small business rates, and will vary depending on size, weight, and quantity. Shipping time will depend on your location. 

Standard Expedited Shipping may take up to 8 business days. Express Post Shipping may take up to 2 days. Once orders are dispatched, timing is out of our control.

For orders outside of Canada, Drifter is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes incurred for rejected or returned-to-shipper packages, will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Not all items qualify for Canada Post shipping. Heavy and/or large items may be available for shipping via alternative shipping carriers. In such instances, it will be noted in the item description page and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange shipping. For further inquiries please email

Drifter will do its best to ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours of ordering, Monday – Friday, excluding Canadian bank holidays.    

Once shipped, we will email you a notification and provide you with the tracking information, if available.

If faster shipping is required, or another shipping method is preferred, please email to make other arrangements. 

Drifter strives to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder (if applicable) or have the purchase refunded. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned-to-shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns & Refunds

If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase made via the website, we may issue a refund on regular priced merchandise, provided no damage has been caused by the customer. In order to get approval for a return, we ask that you please contact us via email at  

Please do not return packages without approval.  

Upon receiving approval from Drifter to make a return, items must mailed within 7 days of receipt in unused condition in the original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. All sale items and those appropriately indicated in the product description will be a final sale and cannot be returned. 

Shipping and/or duty costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Drifter is not responsible if the returned package is lost or if the item is damaged in the mail. 

For the avoidance of doubt, any purchases made through consignment partners, or any vendor other than directly through Drifter, are deemed final sale. 


We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times. Drifter will neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When purchasing from, your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information may be required by our team, Shopify and/or PayPal. 

We encourage you to sign-up for our Newsletters, which provide advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other news. You have the freedom to subscribe or unsubscribe at any time. 

Your credit card information is dealt with securely through PayPal and Shopify exclusively at all times, and Drifter does not keep your credit card information on file. 

Rental Terms

All furniture and equipment rentals require execution of a rental agreement outlining rates, schedule, care, damage, delivery and other terms and conditions.
